Can you imagine being a young newlywed wanting to start a family, working for one of the most amazing companies in the world, Walt Disney World \u2014 no family history of cancer and then one day receiving that devastating diagnosis?<\/span><\/div>\n

October, of course, is breast cancer awareness month so with the end of the month quickly approaching, I wanted to share my experience when I was recently invited by RWJ Barnabas Health<\/a> and Saint Barnabas Health<\/a> in partnership with NJMOM<\/a> to view a striking exhibit showcasing survivor stories. <\/span><\/div>\n

As I visited the exhibit, I quickly became aware that this display wasn\u2019t a sad or melancholy memorial but a tribute to these loving, beautiful, courageous and heroic women who are true inspirations. Women who continue to live their lives spreading awareness and hope for a cure one day.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n

Tricia Russo, is one of these women and her journey to overcoming so many obstacles to become a mother is heartbreaking and moving, but above all; she is truly inspirational. She is a warrior and she continues to fight.<\/span><\/div>\n
