Online!<\/a> It was so ridiculously easy to go online and order a &#8220;party package&#8221; or \u00e1 la carte. &nbsp;The food was so delicious and&nbsp;<\/span>prepared<span style=\"font-family: &quot;avenir next regular&quot;; letter-spacing: 0.20000000298023224px; text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;right in oven-safe serving dishes for easy hosting.
